To initiate the exchange/return process, please follow the link provided within 30 days of receiving your order. Any exchange/return requests beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

    • We are unable to provide a refund for goods damaged due to wrongful usage or improper handling.
    • Packages received without proper authorization from Silver Empire, either through Re:do or an approved form, cannot be refunded.
  • Return Process Details:
    • Initiate your exchange/return within 30 days using the provided link.
    • Your return label to Silver Empire will be complimentary.
    • If Re:do coverage was not selected, you are responsible for all associated return costs.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Customers returning items are liable for subsequent shipping costs related to any future purchases from Silver Empire.
  • Reseller Information:
    • We exclusively sell to resellers.
    • Credit card transactions will appear as "silverempire" in both long and short forms.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  • Enter your Order Number and Zip Code. Contact us at return@silverempire.co if these details are unavailable.
  • Choose the product/products for return/exchange.
  • Select the reason for the return, with specific categories such as Damaged, Wrong Product, Too Big, Too Small, or Other.
  • Provide detailed explanations and images as necessary to support your return request.

Once you've completed the above steps for all items to be returned, you'll receive a shipping label to return the products promptly. Ensure timely returns, as Silver Empire reserves the right to refuse returns not adhering to this policy.
